Interim Recruitment Assistant

My client, a leading Engineering business, is currently looking to recruit an Interim Recruitment Assistant initially for a period of 3 months, with potential for extension thereafter. This role will report into the Recruitment Manager and will be based in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will assist in arranging interviews and feedback, liaise with candidates and internal customers and deal with the offer process, to include a high level of customer service through to start date.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will ideally be immediately available and have a recruitment-focussed background. They will ideally have prior experience working in a similar role, with experience of recruitment processes and online applicant tracking systems. The individual will need to be a strong communicator, have good time management and be competent in IT skills such as Word, Excel and Outlook. This role is a high volume, demanding role with a current focus on delivering to tight deadlines, the candidate must be used to a flexible working environment and be able to meet changing business needs.
