Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the financial accountant will be in charge of maintaining accurate financial records for The Award and its subsidiaries.
Other Key Responsibilities :
• Producing the annual statutory accounts.
• Ensuring the efficient processing of financial transactions
• Ensuring effective financial controls
• Managing two staff and supporting their training and development needs
• Occasional visits to other locations to keep in touch with and develop field staff and make control checks.
Who we're looking for
A fully qualified CCAB accountant, with strong technical abilities potentially from an audit background. You will have the energy to drive future projects and implement changes within finance coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with non-finance personnel.
