These roles exist to augment current 'business as usual' with the skills, drive and innovation to ensure business transformation, and performance development to meet the raised challenges and the capability necessary for the organisations future. Likely areas for deployment may include:

• Developing business strategy
• Developing effective Planning
• Delivering (or recovering) a business critical project/programme
• Delivering a business change project to transform a particular business area or function
• Providing internal consultancy to tackle prioritised issues
• Delivering in a challenging established post
• Building a cohesive organisation
• Raising capability and understanding of the organisations business environment

Who we're looking for
We are interested in hearing from professionally qualified accountants with between 2-5 years PQE. You should have the drive and determination to change the shape of this national organisation, be able to fully contribute to strategic decision making and aim to sit on the board within the next few years.
