Senior Manager- Corporate Development

Occupying a visible role in this highly acquisitive Corporate Development group, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Driving M&A execution efforts for the Group
* Identifying and evaluating acquisition targets and target assets and asset portfolios to deliver recommendations to the investment committee
* Developing relationships with potential joint venture counterparties and maintaining key external relationships with investment banking, broking and legal advisers
* Providing strategic advice on target inorganic activity and merger integration to senior management across Group business lines

Who we're looking for
The successful applicant will have a strong track record in executing M&A transactions supported by an excellent academic track record. Recent, relevant experience gained in a blue chip corporate development context is preferred, though applications will also be welcomed from candidates with backgrounds in corporate finance advisory.Possession of an accountancy qualification with a first time pass record is advantageous.
