The role as a Business Manager in the Manchester branch is one of the key roles within the UK workforce operation. The Manchester branch is a key site.
You will be responsible for the staff development and training in addition to running a profitable site. You will be targeted on candidate retention in addition to overseeing the recruitment element of the site and the achieving of placement targets.
You will report directly in to the Regional Manager.
Who we're looking for
Skill required are:-
• Management of a site
• Ability to train and develop staff members
• The ability to hit key performance indicators
• The ability to influence staff and candidates
• Ideal candidate will be from either a Welfare or Retail background.
