As Training Manager at our client's site in Glasgow, you will be responsible for managing the Training and Development function, focusing on all aspects of the training cycle, whilst managing a team of shop floor training instructors.
You will be the key contact for all learning and development requirements, with particular emphasis on efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Who we're looking for
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be proficient in all aspects of the training cycle. In addition, you will have experience in managing a team, and be able to manage and deliver on key stakeholder requirements.
