To represent, ensure the quality and maximise the uptake of the MAS in Yorkshire and the Humber and related services managed by our client.
Majority of work is based on using own initiative in organising tasks and workload. Where required, guidance to be sought from the Sales and Contract Manager.
Range of Duties:

1. Undertake company visits to supply information, identify needs, and to offer assistance in identifying opportunities to improve company performance and to help define priorities, maintain CRM levels.
2. Ensure the quality and value for money of MAS activities undertaken by associates, ensuring that the work meets the needs of customers and MAS by:
- Approving project terms of reference
- Reviewing and approving project reports
- Visiting and /or discussing activities and outcomes with client companies to ensure customer satisfaction and that the reporting of outcomes is accurate and complete.
3. Identify and approach businesses that may potentially benefit from MAS services.
4. Maximise the take-up of the MAS offering and other related services.
5. Undertake client relationship management as needed.
6. Liaise with other support agencies and become familiar with other assistance available for manufacturing businesses. From this knowledge, signpost enquiries and existing customers to these other business support initiatives to compliment the support that MAS can offer a client.
7. Undertake specific activities related either to MAS or to other initiatives managed or under development by our client
8. Represent MAS and present MAS benefits at suitable occasions.
9. Attend committees of key groups and network with all relevant support and funding organisations beneficial to the pursuance of MAS objectives.
10. Undertake any other duties to advance MAS and manufacturing in the region.
11. Other duties as required from time to time to meet changing business needs.
Key KPI's:
1. Numbers of successful MAS activities undertaken.
2. Numbers of clients contacted and introduced to the assistance MAS can offer.
3. Levels of outputs achieved in the assigned area.
4. Quality level identified from Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires.
5. Attendance numbers at MAS and Manufacturing Alliance events in Yorkshire and the Humber.
6. High levels of satisfaction and strong portrayal of the MAS service as reported by third party assessment.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing professional with a broad experience in
1) Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
2) Commercial awareness and focus on Customer Relationship Management and Account Management
3) Credible personality and communication abilities when dealing and presenting to stakeholders at all levels from Senior Management, to Shop floor and partner Consulting Groups
4) Experience in Sales and Marketing, including up-selling and cross-selling of our services.
