This role entails advising on all types of syndicated and bi-lateral lending including trade finance, debt restructuring, property and acquisition finance.
In the capital markets sphere the department advises lead managers, issuers and investors on international debt issues.
Derivatives transactions would also be included in the list of advisory services.
One can expect to work with colleagues whom have widely acclaimed expertise.
Who we're looking for
• Excellent educational background and qualifications
• Strong track record of exposure to international banking
• RELOCATION TO THE CAYMAN ISLANDS IS AN ESSENTIAL IN THIS CASE
• IT IS ESSENTIAL TO BE COMMON LAW QUALIFIED
