• Experience of managing and ensuing the effective delivery of learning and development solutions
• Working with the Development relationship managers:
• Ensuring that training requests from across the business are provided.
• Managing and running the front office Associate training Programs
• Broker the provision of internal and external specialists to meet the business' needs across the businesses
• Manage and co-ordinate the Cross-business Associate Training Program
• Liaise with the Businesses to ensure consistency and satisfaction with training provision
• Work with HR generalist and specialist colleagues to ensure seamless delivery
