This leading service provider requires an M&E Project Manager to be based in Yorkshire. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the M & E projects are fully defined, developing and maintaining project plans and budgets that will deliver to customer and business needs. One of the main aspects of the role is to ensure that projects adhere to all policies and procedures whilst controlling and monitoring them.
The successful candidate will look over approximately 70 sites ranging from single storey offices to large multi storey office complexes.
The role will involve day to day interaction with the Operations Manager, client, engineers and suppliers and the control of individual building budgets.
Who we're looking for
Required:
3 Years Project Management experience.
Multi-site experience.
Proven trade background.
Experience in the Management of M&E/Construction projects.
Desirable:
HNC qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Ideally chartered. I Mech, E-U.E.E. or equivalent.
