Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Controllers you will be required to lead, motivate and manage the team. As a Warehouse First Line Manager you will lead a team of 25 staff to improve the operational performance of the warehouse inbound and outbound functions.
Who we're looking for
Ideally degree educated, within a Logistics / Supply Chain related discipline, though this is not essential.
The ideal candidate will come from a 3PL / retail background, with a working knowledge of the following areas
• Retail logistics
• Clothing
• Staff supervision
• Management, performance measurement, productivity and KPI setting
• Ability to challenge the status quo
About our client
Operating within the Nottingham area this 3PL provider operates a 750,000sq ft warehouse with 350 core staff supplying over 50 retail outlets.
