Joining a truly global media agency, the successful candidate will be driving the people agenda of the company. This is a brilliant opportunity for a proven HR professional with both operational and strategic experience, on an international level. You will be guiding the HR team with an international remit to fulfil the business objectives of the company through people. This is a fully generalist position that will be reporting into the board, covering talent, employee engagement, branding and driving a high performance culture.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will;
• Drive HR on an operational and strategic level
• Have past experience of international HR
• Will feel confident working alongside the company's most senior employees
• Is detail orientated, but with focus on the bigger picture
• A MEDIAAGENCY/ AD AGENCYbackground is ESSENTIAL
