This is an excellent opportunity within a well known, fast pace organisation. The key responsibilities of the HR Manager are to implement and maintain best practice HR policies and procedures and work with the business to provide support and guidance to the Managers. The role covers the full generalist spectrum inc; recruitment and selection, comps and bens, employee relations, talent and performance management.
Who we're looking for
You will be from a fast paced environment and have a proven record of delivering results.You must be outgoing and resilient and able to adapt to a changing environment. You will have a full knowledge of employment law and be used to giving advise on in depth disciplinary cases.
Finally you will be an excellent communicator and confident liaising at all levels.
