Job Role
- Handling overall back office responsibility; covering accounting, balance sheet and reporting (quarterly and annual closing) for the complete holding
- Managing the controlling process in the firm's advisory entities as well as in the Private Equity vehicles and portfolio companies advised by the firm
- Analysis of the Balance sheets
- Consolidation of the holding
- Writing up the accounting principles
- Financial statements
- Handling tax issues and act as the main contact person with external partners (Audit, etc.)
- Involvement in the restructuring of the company and corporate governance
- Due diligence and valuation of M&A deals
Who we're looking for
- The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Economics or related fields
- Ideally to have experience in preferably a consultancy company (pref. Big 4), private equity, real estate or other financial services
- Strong knowledge in managing and consolidating various entities and subsidiaries
- Experience with IFRS is essential; knowledge of Swiss and/or German GAAP is desired
- Fluency in English is a must, German would be a big advance
- Solid project management experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Dynamic and motivated team-player
