The Facilities Sourcing Manager is responsible for the delivery of sourcing services to the organisation. The Facilities Sourcing Manager will be responsible for development of the UK Facilities Sourcing Strategy which involves working closely with the Global Facilities and Office Services Leads to understand any global project requirements as well as working closely with regional Facilities stakeholders to understand local sourcing demands. The Facilities Sourcing Manager will develop, lead and implement global/regional Facilities sourcing strategies liaising with the stakeholders with the purpose of reducing the total cost of ownership and negotiating, selecting and managing preferred contractual arrangements. In the role, the Sourcing Manger will also be expected to provide direction, training, and mentoring to the Sourcing professionals who report into them.

Meet or exceed savings targets, and other objectives set by UK Sourcing Director
• Well developed/planned agreements with suppliers
• Continuously champion strategic sourcing principles and policies ensuring high level of buy-in by business partners
• Excellent analysis and assessment of RFI/P/Q responses on a total cost of ownership level, provide recommendation to key stakeholders and senior level management
• Established strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
