Our client is looking to boost their reporting and analysis team and are currently looking for what is effectively a finance analyst.
To act as Finance Business Partner for the Retail business through the following activities:
• Ongoing support and financial advice to the business (including regular contact with the Retail Director and Senior Management)
• Provide specific advice, support and guidance from a commercial perspective to the business as and when required
• Provide decision support through the delivery of key financial and management information.
• Assist in production of financials plans, budgets and forecasts in relation to the business unit ensuring that submissions are reviewed, interpreted and challenged in the light of all appropriate information.
• Act as the main finance point of contact for the appropriate individuals
• Provide required Finance expertise and support to the business unit in the project process, delivery and reporting.
• Work with the business to identify, instigate and co-ordinate profit generating exercises to maximise benefit to the business,
Identify and influence the true performance drivers for income and costs within the business.

Who we're looking for
• PQ accountant preferable
• Good business partnering / supporting change skills

• Ability to work and deal with senior management
Good Excel, Access and Forrest and Trees (SQL) knowledge
