As Pre-Construction Manager you will be responsible for leading the pre-construction teams through the tendering and bid phases to contract award. You will ensure smooth co-ordination between the estimating, planning, design and bid teams and have responsibility for identifying and eliminating risk whilst creating and developing new and existing client relationships.
Who we're looking for
You will be working for another Main Contractor with experience of multiple sector building within the new-build and refurbishment environment. Projects range from £5m to £200m and include Traditional, D&B, PFI and Framework agreements. You may be from a Surveying, Estimating, Design or Planning background but must have a proven track record of delivering new projects to site successfully.
