The Membership Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the recruitment of corporate and individual membership of the company in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This role will focus particularly on strengthening the established UK market and ensuring that the membership recruitment experience continues to help yield high retention rates.

Who we're looking for
The Membership Recruitment Manager will need
• Experience of working within a business to business environment with demonstrable understanding of approaches to B2B and B2C sales/recruitment.
• Excellent communications skills, written and oral, compatible with a broad range of customers from individual students to CEO level, to build successful relationships
• Proven ability to train, develop and motivate a team of staff to ensure agreed objectives are met including ongoing sales and product knowledge training, for all aspects of the portfolio.
