An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of our major clients as an HR Advisor. This role is due to last for a duration of9 months with a view for extension. This is a fast paced high volume role where you will provide front line HR advice to a key number of business areas across the organisation. You will face off to all levels of management providing specific guidance on a range of ER scenarios while essentially becoming an expert on up to date employment law.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with previous experience of having operated as an HR Advisor or indeed having provided front line HR advice to a large number of employees. You will possess a thorough working knowledge of HR policies and procedures. In addition you will thrive in a high volume team orientated environment.Those individuals with a strong business focus who can operate under pressure will do well in this role and are urged to apply.
