Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager you will be account you will be based out of Central London, where you will be accountable for a number of high-volume, branded retail and hospitality outlets. This could include anything from a premium coffee offering to a high-end grab and go convenience store.
You role will include the following:
• Full financial accountability for your stores
• Recruitment, training and development of your retail management team
• Relationship management with and 3rd parties, including landlords, and suppliers
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate must have exposure to running multi-site retail outlets generating a minimum of £4m PA. You will be able to demonstrate full P&L workings within a food service and retail environment. You will be based in the London area.
