This role delivers project and administrative support to the worldwide Corporate Communications team, whose prime responsibility is to increase awareness of, and preference for, my client via proactive, managed communications. The team currently comprises of three (increasing to five) Communications professionals located in the UK and USA and in the near future in Hong Kong and Dubai. The role would suit an individual looking for an opportunity to start or continue a career in PR/Communications. The responsibilities include a mix of administrative and project-based work related to the delivery of PR programmes and other internal/external communication activities.
Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate success in (but not limited to):-
• Working in a PR, Communications or Marketing-related role, either in-house or at an agency
• Working in an international/multi-country environment.
• Project administration and co-ordination.
• The travel industry or business-to-business services sector preferred.
• Team player, positive, professional, "can-do" attitude.
• First class project management skills with the ability to prioritise work, handle multiple projects simultaneously, submitting error-free, quality work in compliance with assigned deadlines.
• Good written English skills with the ability to assimilate, condense and summarise information without losing the message.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels across different organisations.
• Flexibility to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.
