You would be a part of a team that is recognised by independent market commentators as a top tier provider of banking services.
The team provides a full range of services, including acting in the establishment, acquisition or restructuring of a Channel Islands banking business, compliance advice and anti-money laundering services, lending services and documentation, trade financing, capital markets and treasury facilities, insolvency, enforcement of security, compromises, schemes of arrangement and liquidations
Who we're looking for
• Excellent education background and qualifications
• A strong track record within the industry
• Insolvency lawyers may be considered for this role - dependant on their profile
