This is an interesting role which will have a focus on project work across the organisation. Working in partnership with the wider HR & L&D team, key areas include reporting policies, procedures, reward, and contracts. You will also get involved in employee relations and recruitment, however this will be on a more ad hoc basis. This role will have a national remit and as such you will have to travel across the UK on a regular basis. You will mainly be based in the Head office in central London.
Who we're looking for
To be successful in this role you will;
• be CIPD qualified
• come from an HR generalist background
• have up to date knowledge of employment law
• be able to influence at a senior level
• be highly analytical and have the ability to run and interpret reports
• from a service environment with a high customer focus

What's on offer
Between £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience
