Working for a market leading Aerospace company within a small design team of Mechanical Engineers based in Essex you will work on a variety of Aerospace projects and your key responsibilities will be:
1) Mechanical design of aerospace and communication equipment using 3D CAD
2) Mechanical and thermal analysis using finite element techniques
3) Manage own work
4) Bid preparation
5) Customer and supplier liaison
6) Work in a small, dynamic team dedicated to meeting customer expectations

Who we're looking for
You will be expected to contribute solutions to a wide range of engineering challenges whilst demonstrating the ability to meet demanding deadlines. You will also have:

Skills:
1) Good engineering judgement
2) Drive a CAD system
3) Familiarity with finite element techniques
4) Familiarity with manufacturing techniques
5) Good communicator (written & verbal)
6) Self-motivated

Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
