Who we're looking for
In order to succeed in this challenging role you must be able to demonstrate expertise in the following areas
• To support the Regional Director in driving sales performance and service management across the Area. This will include providing direction and leadership to the Branch Managers
• Act as Deputy to the Regional Director, during periods of absence
• To analyse and interpret all Management Information pertaining to Area performance against targets / trend analysis etc
• To conduct regular and fully effective performance review meetings with Branch Managers including coaching, feedback and observations
• To design and implement an appropriate strategy to deliver against the Area income and service targets and ensure that this is cognizant with the Regional strategy
• To drive Campaigns and Trading Periods to ensure maximum opportunity is realised and that targets are exceeded
