Job Role
As the COO/CFO of our Luxembourg entity you will be the main contact point with our head office in London. You will have the responsibility to setup a team and to develop our local entities.
As our COO/CFO :

- You recruit and manage a team with administrative, legal and accounting expertise
- You are responsible for the good administration and incorporation of companies in Luxembourg
- You are in charge of all business related legal formalities
- You develop strong relationships with the banks
- You co-ordinate the acquisition and closing processes of underlying transactions
- You are in charge of liaising with lawyers, tax advisors, notaries, foreign administration and banks
- You supervise all the accounting activities and are responsible for the entire reporting to the headquarter in London
- You implement and improve the quality control of Luxembourg operation

Who we're looking for
- Experience in a similar position or relevant work experience in the corporate department of a trust company, a law firm, a private equity fund or a bank
- A legal knowledge is a clear asset
- You work independently and perform well under pressure
- You cope with tight deadlines and have a strong personality
- You are skilled at coaching and managing a team
- You are organised and rigorous
- You have strong computer skills
- An experience in real estate as an asset
- Fluency in English and French is a must, additional languages are considered an asset

About our client
Our client is a European real estate fund which has invested and committed capital of approximately ?1.6 billion through its three funds. The funds target opportunistic investments with an equity size typically between ?30 and ?60 million in either pure property or corporate operating entities whose value is primarily supported by property assets. The company has the capacity to invest over $8 billion.
