Our client is recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager for its Leisure Park in Staffordshire. Our client is one of the UK's premium venues in the UK. As Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for a number of smaller operating units, their teams and their profitability.

Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced food and beverage manager from either a large single site looking for your first multi site role or from a cluster background. You will have a proven track record of delivery, have experience of managing large teams and have a strong understanding of budgetary management.
