The Supply Chain Contracts Manager role is designed to manage a category of service contracts and their delivery. The objectives of the role include delivering sustained supplier performance in line with Service Level Agreements. This role is crucial in ensuring internal customers are provided with a continuing high level of performance from sub contractors providing essential FM services to the organisation.
Responsibilities as follows -
• Managing contracts for Hard Facilities services including M&E, engineering, building maintenance & repairs.
• Dealing with critical issues associated with non-compliance to SLAs
• Communicating with internal stakeholders, customers, and sub-contractors to resolve immediate problems and working to prevent recurrence
• Implementing strategies to improve the overall performance of suppliers
• Communicating at a senior level across internal & external contacts
• Develop relationships with suppliers to establish best practice processes
• Provide clear leadership for continuous improvement projects
• Analysing trends in supplier performance vs. KPI targets
• Establishing processes & providing tools to improve supplier performance
• Anticipating problems & mitigating risks with regard to service delivery
• Identifying opportunities and implementing initiatives for improvement in processes & target attainment
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will come from a background in Procurement, Supply Chain or Contract Management with experience in Facilities Management, M&E, building maintenance, or construction industry. However, of equal importance is the soft skill set that applicants must demonstrate, including -
