This Resourcing Analyst role will include:
• Maintaining and developing the resource planning model and process to meet business requirements
• Train/Support/Advise users of the model & reporting system to optimise its use within the business
• Collate and QA/QC data from Assets and troubleshoot problems
• Produce group and regional overview information both reports and slides to show trend information
• Responsible for maintaining the link with SAP and BW and keeping abreast of any changes which may impact the model

Who we're looking for
• SAP BW experience<BR>• A track record of taking initiative to improve systems and / or processes
• The ability to own and be responsible for a system or process
• Effective communicator with networks beyond own sphere of expertise / function
• Experience of design, build and maintenance of complex Excel spreadsheets
• The ability to influence non technical stakeholders / customers to understand and utilise a system or process
