Based in Southampton the Southern Division operates in the counties of Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex, Wiltshire and Berkshire.
The Division offers clients in the education, leisure, healthcare, student/key worker accommodation, commercial and retail sectors a complete turnkey service from Feasibility and Design Conception, through Planning and Building Regulations approval, Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing to Construction and an efficient After Care Service. The Division is also committed to increasing its market share in providing affordable and mixed tenure housing particularly through Framework Agreements.
Working within an existing team, and reporting to the Regional Estimator, the applicant will be responsible for the production of accurate, competitive, and variant tender submissions from enquiry through to commercial handover to production teams.
Who we're looking for
Key Criteria and Qualifications:
• Applicants should have worked in the Estimating department of a regional contracting organisation,
• working on tenders up to £25m in value.
• Working within Social or Affordable housing department
• D&B would be an advantage
• A working knowledge of Conquest would also be an advantage
