As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planned maintenance and scheduled alternations to a large number of sites with a leading national retailer. You will oversee 3-4 sites at any given time, overseeing approximately £140k of work at any given time. This is a predominantly office based role in Staffordshire , though visits to sites throughout the Northwest and North Midlands will be required. You will be reporting directly to the senior contracts manager.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Project Manager will be:

• knowledgeable of the management of similar projects, ideally in a retail setting.
• A joinery background would be ideal.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
