Reporting to the HR Manager this is essentially a generalist HR role withan element of focuson training. Duties will include supporting the HR team and providing advice to staff and managers on a range of HR issues such as employee relations, absence management, disciplinaries etc. The training aspect will involve induction of new employees and occasional delivery of training material.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working at an advisory level. Generalist experience with a strong knowledge of employment law. CIPD qualification is desirable however not essential. Previous experience within training would be useful for this role but is not a pre-requisite.
