The purpose of the role is to support the pro-active engagement with employees to deliver the business stream and to promote, defend and effectively manage the company's reputation and image with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Communications Associate will support the Communications team in delivering and improving communications activities in support ofcompany objectivesand enhancing its competitive advantage. The Communications Associate will do this by:

• Supporting the development and implementation of a Communications strategy for the Programme to promote and defend the business image and reputation, working as appropriate, with the customer communications communities

• Support the development and implementation of a communications strategy for the Programme to engage and motivate employees

In line with the Communications process framework you will:
• Manage the issue of notices to the Business
• Ensure core data is kept current and easily accessible e.g. fact sheets, boiler plates, lines to take etc,
• Manage top-level programme information held on dot.com and the company intranet.
• Manage of events as and when required
• Prepare and issue press releases for the Programme

Who we're looking for
With a proven track record in the delivery of communications and PR within a technical or B2B environment, you will understand the complexities of operating in a large corporate structure. Of graduate calibre you will ideally have a marketing or communications qualification and have gained experience of influencing and coordinating at a wide range of levels.
