Reporting into the Head of ER this role is working with the key stake holder relationships and the unions advising on issues of ER, Industrial Relations and employment law and policy. Working with a team of ER advisors this is a challenging role with an organisation that values its people.

Who we're looking for
Our client is ideally looking for a candidate with ER exposure who has worked as an ER specialist or a generalist with a strong focus on ER and now wants to specialise.
