Your role will be to identify and support Learning and Development activities across the Supply Chain Operation. You will support the business in the following ways; training and coaching non - Manager level associates, complete necessary post learning admin, identify and make changes in training material. Research, design and develop new training programs from identified needs. Evaluate success of activities and develop strong networks with Managers and Stake-holders across sites.
Who we're looking for
Ideally you will have worked in a training delivery role previous, preferably within a supply chain environment.
CTP is preferred however not an essential.
You will be excellent at organising and planning and be able to prioritise activities.
You will have excellent listening skills and have a proven record at coaching and developing others.
Additionally you will be self motivated and highly energised.
