Our Client requires a dedicated Interim Recruiter to be based in Bristol or South Wales. You will work with a challenging service sector organisation to drive forward high volume recruitment campaigns. With a high attrition rate, they are constantly recruiting for their Southern Operations in order to drive the business forward by being ahead of demands.The role will have the support of the Northern shared services team and will report into the HR Director.

Who we're looking for
You will work on a fairly stand alone basis hence will be able to demonstrate and cope with the following;

• Work with a demanding client base in an organisation
• You will have knowledge of the recruitment market within the South and will be able to look at the most suitable methods of attracting candidates, whether it be via internet, media advertising or networking and open days / assessment centres.
• Available to start beginning of July.
