Filenet Application Manager

The Filenet Application Manager based in Middlesex within the Financial Services arena will be required to lead a team and be accountable for the work that is produced as well as manage the IT budget and improve the cost performance of applications across their full lifecycle. The candidate will work with the Architecture team on positioning of application in the overall Blueprint.
Other duties will include managing application releases, deployment and change control processes as well as working with sponsors in defining IT initiatives, developing business cases and prioritizing workloads.

Who we're looking for
The Filenet Application Manager will possess the following skills
• Degree
• Background in application development
• Excellent understanding of Filenet - including Filenet certification
• Knowledge of image and document management processes
• Ability to lead process improvements
• Managing software vendor relationships for support, maintenance and upgrades
• Good communication skills
