This position is part of the site management team and reports into the General Manager with responsibility for:
• Delivering effective leadership to ensure maximum factory output through focused KPIs.
• The engineering budget in line with the site and overall group vision.
• Project management in relation to infrastructure, development and maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Training and development of the engineering team and support staff.
• Control of operational Health & Safety measures.

The successful candidate will lead and inspire a committed engineering team, focused on operational delivery and inspiring a culture of continuous improvement.
We are seeking:
• An exceptional, self motivated Engineering Manager with first class leadership skills and demonstrable management ability.
• An outstanding communicator who can effectively interface with customers, suppliers and manufacturing teams.
• An individual that is determined, tenacious and passionate about providing effective engineering support to a growing business.
