Engineering & Quality Manager

You will be responsible for a team of process/production engineers who are tasked with driving continuous improvement within the manufacturing facility. This will include control of both the engineering and quality functionsand a remit that will cover:
• Line management, development and empowerment
• Hands on focus on engineering improvements relating to both product and facilities.
• Ensuring adherence with ISO quality accreditation
• Vendor management and customer delivery focus.

Who we're looking for
You will ideally be well educated with a proven track record in electronics manufacture and adesire to drive continuous improvement. Your background will include both engineering & quality focus, with the ability to lead and inspire. You will be capable of operating equally comfortably whether the focus is hands -on or strategic.
