To deliver a professional, effective and proactive integral HR service for all London based employees and partner with business leaders to exceed their business objectives.
• To partner with the Regional team in the development and execution of the HR strategies and objectives through the provision of a proactive and forward thinking operational HR service.
• Develop and execute HR development tools to improve the capability and the depth of management capability in the UK
• To plan the development of key talent through inter and cross segment/line of business transfers leading UK Country process.
• To partner with the HR COE's to obtain specialist resources in Recruitment, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits and act as facilitator for improvements concerning team performance, organizational redesign, change management and internal communication. Work with the business to identify problems, hold the necessary meetings and help the business to achieve the desired state.
• To guide the merit process in order to achieve internal and external equity and internal compliance against budgetary and performance-related criteria. Actively work in partnership with the EMEA Compensation & Benefits Team.
• Proactively work with country HR/Recruitment teams to ensure relevant practical solutions are in place to respond swiftly to headcount changes. Take active responsibility to review and adjust recruitment needs and take/direct actions to rectify or improve.
• Drive and manage talent acquisition activities including:
Proactively leading Talent Management reviews and activities.
Supporting the business in the retention of High Potential / Top Talent.
Supporting the development of key talent through inter and cross segment/line of business transfers.
• Work with the L&D team to maximize the induction programmes for new employees.
• Promote the HR service through the appropriate communication of key achievements and successes. Develop a culture of feedback which will enable ongoing improvement of the HR service and ensure a consistently high quality of service delivery to clients.
• Ensure that business managers are informed and compliant with HR best practices and legislation.
Who we're looking for
• Proven track record of managing client relationships - significant experience operating at HRM level and managing clients at Director level and above
• Demonstrable multi-discipline Human Resources experience with a strong bias towards UK Employee Relations
• Evident experience of multi-national, fast-paced, progressive commercial organisations
• CIPD (or equivalent qualification)
