Recently acquired by a major Private Equity house this is a dynamic business with a massive global brand in the sector.
Surging demand around the world for their products and services suggests exciting prospects for sales and profit
growth leading to a potential IPO within 18 months. With a classic flexible debt structure the organisation is empowered by a very manageable gearing ratio, which will allow it to take full advantage of international commercial opportunities. In order to facilitate the progression to a public listing they intend to report immediately to IFRS standards in US format on a quarterly basis to banks and investors.

This position takes full responsibility for all external reporting, business commentaries and responses to questions
arising from investor analyses of results. It is immediately a high profile role and will assume greater and greater importance and exposure over the next 18 months.

Key deliverables will include:
• Management discussion and analysis schedules with detailed comparatives each quarter.
• Quarterly published accounts to a 45 day deadline.
• Annual consolidated accounts including US GAAP reconciliations.
• Managing the interface with financiers from the Private Equity house.

Who we're looking for
You will be a graduate, qualified accountantwith exceptional experience with strong business acumen born of second nature financial and accounting skills. You will relish unravelling complex information and situations into reports and commentary which help current and future investors to understand where the business is going. It is essential that you possess first class personal and professional presentation skills as befits the person who should go on to play a leading role in Investor Relations with the organisation.
