This role will be based in Stirling and you will be required to manage a small team and provide support and guidance to the business on a daily basis. You will be responsible for volume recruitment at all levels, manage and streamline processes, advise on employee relationsand work closelywith the board and provide guidanceat a strategic level.
Who we're looking for
The ideal interim HR manager will ideally be CIPD qualified and will have a proven track record in HR. This role may require you to travel and you must have excellent organisational skills. You will be a team player and will be able to build effective relationships at all levels throughout the business. This is an interim role based in Stirling requiring an immediate start.
