As the Interim Human Resources Consultant, you will report directly into the Head of HR and help the business through a transitional period of change. The main duties and responsibilities will be providing advice and guidance to line managers on complex Employee Relations issues including disciplinary and grievances as well as performance management and managing a small redundancy process coupled with some Tupe involvement.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a true HR generalist with sound employment law knowledge. You must demonstrate strong influencing/negotiation skills together with excellent attention to detail.
