As the Production Manager for the sitefor evenings and / or nights on a shift system you will be responsible for the operation as the senior manager on site. Reporting to the General Manager your key tasks will be to develop, complete and reportKPIs (quality, customer service level, processing per hour) and to lead and develop your team of operators in a heavy engineeringenvironment.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated, able to work on their own initiative and demonstrate:
• Excellent communication skills to liaise and influence both verbally & written to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong numerate skills, with accuracy & attention to detail being key.
• Problem solving ability.
• Delivery to strict deadlines.
• Flexible approach to working hours
