The successful candidate will form part of the firm's HR Consultancy service supporting clients of the firm with expert HR advice and guidance. They will provide pragmatic, commercially sound HR support and advice to clients across a wide range of activities including:
• Providing advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters such as Disciplinaries, Grievances and Performance Management.
• Designing and delivering relevant training and development for clients with a view to improving their capability in HR.
• Managing HR Projects for clients such as redundancy programmes, collective and individual consultation, TUPE programmes, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit schemes.
• Working on interim HR management assignments as part of a client's HR team or undertaking ad hoc HR projects.
The role is a fee earning role, and relationship building to generate future business will be an important part of the role.

Who we're looking for
An MCIPD qualified HR Professional with a broad Generalist HR background and of graduate calibre. You will have an up to date knowledge of UK Employment Legislation and will have practical experience of working in an HR department in a busy commercial environment. In person you will be highly professional and credible and able to operate at Senior Levels of an organisation. You may have previously had experience in an HR Consultancy role working with a range of different clients and will have had exposure to a commercial and professional environment.
