Northern Europe Performance Analyst

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Leading Northern Europe ROU's (Regional Operating Unit) annual planning process, in-year forecast and support Northern Europe ROU Sales Director in Performance Contracts preparation, analysis and review
• Actively supporting the Northern Europe ROU Manager in performance delivery by developing insights and providing constructive challenges to the business. This includes key projects tracking, margin, price & cost management
• Preparation, refinement and communication of monthly performance reports to ensure operational performance and strategic milestones are communicated and progress towards delivery is monitored and understood
• Provide timely inputs to support M&EL (Marine & Energy Lubricants) Planning and Performance Management (PPM) activities as and when they arrive.
• Support Northern Europe ROU business risk assessment, mitigation & assurance activities
• Provision of appropriate ad hoc data and analysis, including Project Financial Appraisal, to support business decision making process
• Contribution to portfolio and strategy review of countries
• Pro-actively seeking opportunities for adding value through participating in other planning and performance management and Finance projects
• Presentation of the performance highlights in the Northern Europe ROU Management Team meetings

Who we're looking for
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified or Part Qualified
• Good financial and analytical skills are required
• The ability to take initiative on issues and work independently is essential
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to work proficiently with MS Office products and Business Objects
• Experience in commercial and/or performance areas within the Marine Lubricants Industry preferred
