Responsibilities:
• Creation, implementation and analysis of new subscription acquisition campaigns to achieve set targets and support field sales activity. Decision making on promotional tactics for the portfolio - e-marketing, print ads, banners, e-newsletters etc. Setting timelines, forecasting and measuring results.
• Creation, implementation and analysis of renewal campaigns to achieve set targets and support field sales activity. Developing customer relationship communications - e-newsletters, welcome packs etc.
• Analysis and segmentation of our customer database for targeting of marketing activity.
• Monitoring and analysis of website usage to develop new and renewal campaign plans. Maintaining the marketing collateral on the website - maximising the use of the website for lead generation.
• Scope and propose budget for the year. Manage budget spend throughout the year and determine allocation of budget in line with portfolio strategy. Agree spend with Manager.
• Follow and contribute to division and market strategy, with an understanding of key market / industry issues.
Who we're looking for
Experience and Skills
• Direct Marketing expertise, integrated or e-marketing - 18 months minimum
• Use and analysis of customer database and data segmentation
• Competence in using e-casting and web usage software
• Communication skills
• Creative/copywriting skills
• Numerical skills and commercial acumen
• Organisational skills
