Our client, based in Surrey is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to complete the following duties:
• To develop recommendations on compensation and benefits program design to key stakeholders
• To develop, implement and strategically manage compensation programs cost-effectively
• Be able to work on bonus, and medical health policies.
• Be able to adapt current policies on a global scale.
Who we're looking for
The successful Compensation & Benefits Manager will posses the following qualities:
• Good understanding of compensation and benefits practices along with knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in multiple countries.
•Proven analytical and decision-making skills and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence, communicate clearly and resilient
• Willing to undertake occasional travel
• A language is preferred.
