The Project Engineer, reporting to the Operations Director will be responsible for the purchasing and installation of large capital plant and equipment on behalf of my clients customers. You will interact with the customer on a day to day basis as well as suppliers. The Project Engineer will also be responsible for the maintenance and up keep of the equipment once installed. The Project Engineer will manage and mentor one direct report as well as working closely with the sales department.
Who we're looking for
The Project Engineer will ideally be qualified to degree level in a mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent. You will previously have worked with large capital plant and equipment for sectors including oil and gas, chemical, food. You will be a leader with strong communication skills with the ability to work on your own initiative.
