Head of PR and Communications

My client are currently entering a transitional period of change and PR and Communications is the key tool with which their message will be delivered, both internally and externally. Your role will be responsible for planning and implementing a coherent PR and Communications strategy to engage and deliver this messaging to key stakeholders.

By working across relevant national and local media you will optimise the company profile and image by delivering positive media coverage. Working with and engaging all stakeholders, including customers, employees, supply chain, national trade plus regional media and influencers, you will ensure the right messages are portrayed and delivered to help drive the delivery of my clients business objectives.

Who we're looking for
Educated to degree level, you will be an experienced PR and Communications professional, excited by the opportunities that ambiguity and change provides. Adept at developing relationships with key media you will have experience of managing the image of a changing business in the press.

This is a real team environment, where a hard working hands-on approach is needed and you will therefore be strong operationally but with a strategic approach.
